At 8 months Teagan took Best of Breed over Top 20 Specials for a 4 Point Major. Two days later, at the 2000 Nationals, she took Reserve Puppy Bitch in Futurity and 1st in the 6-9 class. She finished her championship with a 5 Point Major at the Illini Great Dane Club Specialty, at 13 months, making her the youngest black to finish in 2001. At the 2001 Nationals she received an Award of Merit. She was shown for only 5 months as a special and finished in 2001 at number 23 in Breed wins and number 17 in Group wins. In the classes Teagan was owner/breeder-handled for all of her points except her last major. Teagan received her BISS at the El Paso Great Dane Specialty, also owner/breeder-handled.
